The Opportunity
and Strategy
MINISTRY SUMMARY
TruthSeekers for Christ ministers to the Joshua Generation (today’s
youth) and helps them transform into new wine skins through the love of the Holy Spirit. The spirit of the ministry team is
to teach our youth how to become mature Christians through the inspired Word of God. The focus of the ministry team is to
tackle tuff subjects and nurture bold hearts for Christ. The format is sincere, loving and compliments traditional Church
youth programs.
Today’s generation is dynamic and they are forming impressions that are shaping their lives
for today and for eternity. Our youth are flooded with secular information through TV, classmates, music and dark influences.
Peer pressure is relentless to try sex, alcohol and drugs. Fifty-percent of students are living in single parent homes or
in homes where both parents work. Busy family schedules limit children’s quality time with a parent to ten-minutes a
day. Separation from grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins are creating loneliness and much unsupervised time. It is estimated
that three out of four American teenagers will experience a family breakdown before the age of twenty-one
The youth
of America have developed a hunger for the supernatural. This hunger is evident in the choices they make in programming. Shows
like Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, X-files, Teen Angel, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Jonathan Edwards Hearing from the Grave and
the Harry Potter series are corrupting their minds. These successful secular programs are drawing all ages and cultures. This
media corruption of our youth begins at the earliest age through cartoons, siblings and toys in kid’s meals. This programming
is targeting our youth to seek the fruit of this world and not the fruit of the Spirit.
The Barna study released
in 2000 showed that America’s teenagers are involved with religious faith. The question remains what kind of faith are
they seeking and does it align with the Word of God. Most teens in the survey attended a Church occasionally. One of the big
issues is that our youth do not believe in the absolutes of the Bible. This rebellion to the Word of God is where the challenge
lies and this is the call of this Ministry to encourage our youth to accept the Bible as the living Word of God.
Today there is a multitude of youth cultures. From appearances, it is difficult to distinguish Christian “Alternative”
from their non-Christian peers. Some young people who become Christians are part of the “Alternative” youth culture,
continuing to wear black clothes, look anorexic and pierce their bodies. This source of rejection and rebellion manifest itself
in their identity, values, behavior and self-esteem.
Violence is fueled by TV programming, the lack of fathering
in their lives, the proliferation of drugs and alcohol and the lack of understanding that they are the children of the Most
High. The lack of revelation that the Creator loves our youth is corrupting their soul. The value of life has reached an all
time low. They hear of babies aborted and thrown away due to inconvenience or timing.
America’s rebellion
toward God is becoming accepted due to indifference. Laws removing the Ten Commandments from our schools and courtrooms, laws
against acknowledging God at our graduation ceremonies and football games, the blatant attack on the marriage system and the
acceptance for gay lifestyles are breaking down the foundation this country was founded.
Parents know that the
best opportunity to shape their children are during their younger years. TruthSeekers for Christ’s goal is to contribute
a strong discipline toward Godly principals established before the creation of the earth. Below are the building blocks that
illuminate a full and complete relationship with our risen Lord that the ministry will stand:

· Receive Spiritual Gifts from the Holy Spirit
· Go into our World and share Jesus Christ
Numerous studies indicate there is a hunger for answers
on our children’s hearts. Sadly, most parents have not read their Bibles and many are walking in a compromised relationship
with the Creator. This weak link creates a void for the true Words of God. TruthSeekers for Christ is focused on strengthening
the knowledge of God and empowering these young Saints to rise victorious over complicated issues and win souls for Christ.
THE OPPORTUNITY AND STRATEGY
Beginning in the Atlanta Market, TruthSeekers for Christ will develop the
ministry team, fine tune the gatherings and build the platform for God’s glory. As the doors open through the Holy Spirit,
TruthSeekers for Christ will honor the growing needs of today’s youth. Prayer requests, teaching series and miracle
testimonies will fuel the energy for growth. Changed lives filled with love for others and honoring the will of God will be
the fruit of the ministry.

MARKET
God is
rising up Ministries to reach all generations and cultures. The Church has identified today’s generation as a critical
link to the long-term momentum in propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God, throughout history, has used youth to create
big moves to deliver his people. The Bible is full of stories where the youth due to their obedience and their belief served
God in mighty ways.
Our father is using every resource, in these last days, to secure victory for his children.
TruthSeekers for Christ believes that God will use this generation to breed a passion for Christian living and liberate many
from the strongholds of the enemy. This generations’ spirit is strong, deliberate and fertile for harvest.
MARKETING PLAN
Research successful youth ministries and develop standard meeting formats. Work with Pastors and
Lay Persons to sponsor meetings on Church grounds to introduce the organization and develop a complimentary Ministry for the
Churches. Launch a Website to communicate events, share teachings and raise funds to expand the ministry. Present the ministry
to organizations that can provide meeting facilities or contribute toward success.
Through the Website and through
the gatherings make available teaching materials to broaden the breath and depth of the ministry. The ministry will have a
special wristband and necklace available to anyone that supports the expansion of God’s Word to today’s youth.
Below are the ingredients for a successful gathering:

Preston & Leslie Haag
– Preston and Leslie have been married for twenty-four years. They are the Pastors for Reach Fellowship Church and the
Harvest Centers. They are members in the Emmaus Community.
The rising up of this ministry is to be in obedience
with two visions from the Lord. TruthSeekers for Christ is operating in fertile ground. We commit to teach the Gospel of Jesus
Christ through the Old and New Testaments.
